William Jefferson Clinton, or simply Bill Clinton-a household name the world over owns a homely yet enthralling Dutch colonial house in Chappaqua, New York. The home where the Clintons still live was purchased for $1.7 million and was reportedly financed by a loan from close family friend, Terry McAuliffe.
This property is their first after Bill’s stint at the White House. Their beloved retreat that sits on 1.1 acres of land includes a swimming pool and an annex, where we can imagine he wrote his books. Bill and Hillary have purchased other properties, but they continue to reside here- proving that home is where the heart is.
