11. Laurel Griggs (Age 13)
Laurel Griggs was a Broadway prodigy who performed over 1,000 times, including as Polly in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at age six and in Once. She also appeared in Café Society (2016) alongside Scarlett Johansson.
Laurel passed away at 13 from complications of a severe asthma attack. She had battled the condition for years but remained dedicated to her craft. Her family remembered her unstoppable drive and passion for performing.
