Its all comfort and games until his toe slips into the chain and gear and has chunks torn off. Happened to my sister.
Paramedic here…seen a drunken bicyclist riding in flip flops have his toes go through the chain. Even after 13 years and seeing some seriously messed up stuff, this is still very memorably gruesome.
