27. Alfred Hitchcock

While filming “The Birds” and “Marnie,” Alfred Hitchcock developed an obsessive fixation on actress Tippi Hedren, allegedly stalking her and attempting sexual assault, including forcing kisses in limos and making unwanted advances.
Hedren detailed the trauma in her memoir years later. The legendary director’s dark behavior was suppressed by studio power for decades — paparazzi-era gossip never fully captured the extent of his alleged misconduct.
