Patterns ✕ Patterns can be overwhelming
If your interior style is maximalism, your home is probably filled with an abundance of patterns, colors, and decorative items. From wall hangings to rugs, cushions, and furniture, your style likely extends everywhere. However, be aware that such a style can make your home look cluttered and gaudy. That’s not to say you should eliminate color and patterns entirely, but rather choose them carefully.
