Dachshunds may look like little hot dogs, but they were originally bred to hunt small prey. Like Chihuahuas, they often make up for their small size with a bold and feisty personality.
Rough play isn’t ideal for Dachshunds, and they generally don’t appreciate that kind of interaction.
