Seth MacFarlane opened the 2013 Oscars with a musical number listing female stars whose breasts had appeared onscreen, backed by a pre-recorded sketch featuring William Shatner. The song singled out actresses like Kate Winslet and others, turning a monologue into a cringeworthy roast that many found objectifying. Gloria Allred publicly criticised it for focusing on women’s bodies out of context.
