The internet is saturated with pranksters who go to extreme lengths to stay “on trend” and gain followers. These challenges often involve doing something dangerous or impossible, but companies are getting much faster at protecting their reputation.
A guy claimed he had smuggled himself onto a Tigerair Australia flight by hiding inside a suitcase. The airline’s social media manager was quick to jump into the comments, discrediting the story with security facts that made the guy’s “prank” look like a total failure.
